Engineering and safety
Our core business is to develop safe hydrogen products. Our experts support you from the system design phases to the testing and maintenance phases. At the same time, throughout the project, ATEX studies are carried out to guarantee safety when installing components in the system.
Tests
The development of new hydrogen solutions requires the implementation of test plans to ensure the safety of the product, property and people. After defining the safety concept of the hydrogen system, H2TEAM sets up test programs to validate the safety strategy established in the design phase for the fallback of the system in the event of failure.
Building safety upgrades
Buildings hosting hydrogen activities are subject to compliance with the Environmental Code (ICPE) and the Labor Code (ATEX).
In this logic, H2TEAM carries out an inventory of the key regulatory and safety elements applicable to the development of workshops with hydrogen activities (tests, assembly, maintenance, repair).
Through its studies, H2TEAM recommends the bases of the technical and organizational arrangements to be implemented in a building.
Installation of hydrogen infrastructures
Our mission is to identify and study all the authorized or restrictive elements, particularly at the local level in terms of Safety and Environment (implementation rules, regulations, natural and technological risks, nuisances, environment) applicable to the project implementation site in order to integrate them into the design studies.
Training
Vehicle manufacturers, equipment manufacturers, operators and maintainers of hydrogen solutions must ensure that their staff are upskilled in this new technology. The theoretical and practical training we offer provides knowledge in terms of safety, design and functionality of equipment.
