Infrastructures and didactic benches

Albi racetrack
The Albi racetrack airport complex has areas dedicated to testing in real conditions of use of hydrogen systems and providing training on the risks thanks to the European center for new mobility, Albility.
This ecosystem covers 3 complementary axes:
- hosting track tests dedicated to carbon-free road mobility with to the automobile circuit and a hydrogen refueling station
- training for new professions in the hydrogen sector and more generally low-carbon mobility, thanks to the Campus H2 Albi association and a platform of didactic equipment
- technical support with preparation for approval and/or certification of hydrogen systems

Hydrogen training center
The Albility hydrogen training center aims to practice on benches representative of industrial equipment.

N2/H2 fluidic bench
This bench represents the architecture of a tank system integrated into hydrogen-powered electric machines and vehicles.
The fluidic bench system is dedicated to learning the operation and maintenance of hydrogen storage systems installed on hydrogen vehicles (leak detection).
The system is made up of an automobile-type pressure tank suitable for hydrogen, integrated into a stainless-steel frame to protect it from external attacks, a gas distribution line with all the safety devices usually used on these systems and a tank control console.

Mothys bench
The MOTHYS system is dedicated to learning energy systems operating with a fuel cell. It allows the study of the "hydrogen fuel cell" part and in particular the theme of hybridization between a hydrogen fuel cell and an electrochemical energy storage source. The system is composed of a PEM technology fuel cell, communicating CAN, and a hybrid converter / battery module allowing trainees to control a multi-energy system. An HMI on a tablet allows manual control of the system and the definition of hybridization strategies.

Hydrogen vehicle
We have hydrogen vehicles that are used as didactic benches for maintenance operations during training. Various scenarios can be carried out depending on the customer's needs.

Hydrogen refueling station
Since 2014, H2TEAM has been operating a 15kg/d @350 bar hydrogen refueling station located on the Albi racetrack airport complex dedicated to testing innovative hydrogen solutions. New equipment such as an electrolyser, a new high-capacity hydrogen station and other educational benches are currently being deployed.
