Strategic positioning
To meet the challenge of industrialization, France supports research and innovation where a competitive advantage emerges. The study of the best solutions for production, storage, transport and uses of carbon-free hydrogen is strategic line of action. To be positioned as a leader in the development of new products, we must be able to train future researchers, engineers and technicians who will develop these solutions.

Training
The hydrogen sector has strong potential for job creation, more than 100,000 by 2030. The need will continue to increase over the decades, and it is urgent to identify and develop the training offer necessary for these new industrial professions. The training offer will have to be broken down into several segments in order to provide the hydrogen brick adapted to each of them. The training of future generations will make it possible to accelerate the development of future solutions and to be prepared for the uses of hydrogen, particularly in system maintenance.

Albility, European center for new mobilities
Albility aims to contribute to the development of the hydrogen sector and carbon-free mobility. This ambitious project driven by Albi city and the Urban Community is part of the French State's recovery plan, of the Green Hydrogen Plan of the Occitanie Region as well as of the mechanisms implemented by the European Commission through the EU Green Deal.

A pillar for the hydrogen sector
Albility responds to these expectations by relying on the complementarity of local skills and strategic infrastructures owned by the Albi city: the “racetrack – airfield track – exhibition center” complex. Thanks to this ecosystem, Albility has become a skills center for training in new professions in the hydrogen sector and more generally in carbon-free mobility, thanks to the Campus H2 Albi association and a platform of educational equipment.
